I've Finished My Photography A Level

Hey people!
So my first exam is in like 2 weeks and I'm freaking out. You know when you get to the point when your current mood is 99.9% stressed well yep that's me right now (that 0.9% when I'm not stressed is when I have time so I'm watching Netflix;)

As you'll have read from the title, I've finally finished all my exam and coursework for my photography. So I've officially finished my Photography a level which is kinda weird to say?!

I am desperately hoping to get an A because I put so much work into both my exam and coursework I would be disappointed if I got lower. As I said last week I did take a picture of my work on the wall, although I had to take it from an angle so I could fit it all in the picture. What do you think?

For my final piece I made (with the help of my dad) a mobile to hang my acetate cylinders on (at the bottom right of the picture) which sir said he would help me hang up above my work which would be pretty cool. Especially as my work is by a window and so it would look intentional that it was hung there as I originally wanted to put a light inside them so yay, you know sometimes things do work out for the best in the end! Moral of the story is that if things don't go your way immediately it doesn't mean they won't in the end! (Just trying to spread optimism around)

Talking of optimism, one of my favourite youtubers called Hannah Hart started mentioning the phrase reckless optimism and I really love it. I think more people should aspire to be reckless optimists because honestly people who are pessimists put more energy in being negative whereas if they actually put the same energy into something positive then they could create something pretty awesome! So if you remember anything from my post, please remember this! (I'm no expert, I'm just a gal trying to help people on the internet to be more happy)

Yesterday we got something in the post which was an amazing surprise. I found out my dad was one of the first to sign up to receive a free box of hotel chocolat thanks to British Gas and they all looked so good. If you payed for them it would have been at least £8 so yeah I'm well happy (of course I took a picture just look mmm)

Sorry for the food porn but honestly sorry not sorry, chocolate makes everything better though doesn't it?!

As I said at the start, I have my first exam soon which is my psychology resit. So far I have revised the learning and the biological approach so I just have 1 more approach to revise which is good. Then I can start doing exam papers from what I actually know, rather than from using textbooks which isn't useful close to an exam. I'm nervous but just hoping for the best you know.

So I'm sure most of you will have watched the Eurovision last night? I mean how amazing was it, it just makes me laugh to see what cheesy song the UK are singing this year, this year's wasn't actually too bad though. It was 2 guys from the voice which makes me happy because everyone always claims people from the voice go nowhere after (which is sorta true as I can't even remember who won last year never mind way back) but this time they had made it to the final of Eurovision which is an achievement. I love how everyone was comparing Australia to the guy on mean girls where everyone is like 'you don't even go here' in the most sassy way possible. They nearly won as well and they aren't even part of Europe which was so typical but in the end I feel like more people were happy Australia didn't win than happy that Ukraine did.

Graham Norton's comments throughout makes Eurovision though, it just wouldn't be the same without him! He was talking about this girl from Germany (I think) and said honestly I don't think there's one thing about her that doesn't annoy me. I mean come on she did look like she just raided Claires..

Anyway moving on from my rant about Eurovision, but first I apologise from anyone reading this from America because I feel like you all must be so confused about this?!
(basically it's a song contest between 26 countries and the aim is to unite the world but instead the voting system is always bias to other countries neighbours and previous wars..sounds fun I know..)

I wish you all huge luck for your revision because I feel you, revision is tough. Just think about how happy you'll be when you get good grades but then also (just gonna contradict myself..) remember grades aren't everything in life! Your mental health is way more important.
This post has been very motivational, I kinda like it
So I'll talk to you all soon!
