See I told you I'd remember to post on a Sunday yay
So last Wednesday I visited my uni home for 2nd year briefly to drop off some stuff and to show my brother our house as he hadn't seen it yet. Apart from him associating bungalows with old people's homes (cheers bro..) he liked it.
Basically the reason why we chose a bungalow is all the other actual student houses were tiny and grimy like you couldn't even move in the kitchen without whacking yourself, I'm clumsy enough as it is..
Here's what my shelves in my room look like so far!
Can you tell I like fairy lights... (rolls eyes at myself)
Ignore my brother, my mac is pissing me off and not letting me crop the picture (I know I'm so good at technology aren't I..)Thought this was funny and it made me feel like rapunzel and it reminded me of that tangled scene with flowers in her hair (obviously I don't have any flowers but I did something to my hair so I tried okay)
I like how my hair is still sorta pink as well, it's gone back to blonde now so I miss having pink hair but I've decided to re-dye it before uni starts!
To continue my pink aesthetic, here's me posing beside some cool pink balloons in a shop in Leeds.
I saw a really nice pink pinafore but I resisted because I'm trying to save money (don't expect me to even remember the name of the shop alright)
Now, onto the main thing I wanted to talk about which is the fusion festival that I went to yesterday. It had Little Mix headlining and had other acts like Tinie Tempah, John Newman and Naught Boy etc. It was in Liverpool so me and my friend had to get 2 trains there and then stayed in a hotel overnight but it was worth it.
There were some really cool hanging umbrellas down this street, very arty!
Above is what the stage looked like but as it was a festival there was lots to do like go on rides, use their photo booths, get free food and obviously listen to music (oh and go fucking crazy and lose your voice like I did)
Here's me after the festival feeling super proud of myself for making a necklace out of the confetti!
I loved the orange and white dots this woman face painted on me while I was waiting in some queue. I did bring glitter but typical me I forgot to bring anything to stick it on with (yep I'm an idiot)
Okay well that pretty much sums up fusion fest, check my insta for a cool picture of me and my friend standing in the huge Capital letters they had. We also got some cool polaroids too!
Right hope you're all enjoying summer, I'll talk real soon
Byeeeeee,
Sophie
