But hey I'm back now! So for the few people that care, I'm gonna keep writing and for the people that don't, why are you here anyway ew..jk no hate
So before we went, we had to drop off smudge at the catery which was really distressing for me. It's sad because just this once I'm not being sarcastic or even exaggerating (rolls eyes at how attached I am to my cat..) The first night at Bristol we went and got food at hmm honestly I don't even know what the place was called. Anyway I had a hot dog and chips which was really nice but very filling.
(If you're wondering those are weird fried onions on top..)
Finally we got back to my uncle's where I stayed for a week and guess what I wasn't deprived of a cat for too long. I had the company of my uncle's much older cat than mine called Felix, he's about 18 years old how crazy. He's been through a hell of a lot and he's still going, he was hit by a car so he has metal in his leg instead of bone and been in cat fights where his ear has partly been bitten off! While I was there I realised having a pole in the middle of the kitchen may be normal to me as I'm used to his house but to anyone else it's probably weird so yeah, thought I'd show you.
(It looks weird but I'm so used to it now oh and a cool statue behind)
The next day we went out in Bristol to shop and have a look around. We met up with my older cousin and her family and I got a cute flowery top so I'm happy!
(ignore my top underneath because obviously I wouldn't wear that as well)
Then we went to Brandon Hill Nature Park (honestly the only reason I know the name is because it says on my photo) I took some panoramas which reminded me how much I think they're really cool but I don't often go anywhere to take advantage.
(I climbed up this tower to take those panoramas so yeah I'm hella strong..I'm clearly joking)
We got back to a homemade chocolate cake made by my uncle's girlfriend which looked amazing!
I mean it didn't taste as good as it looked, I would've preferred cream but you know it was still nice.
My mac is messing with me otherwise I would have cropped this
I'm gonna begin with an outfit of the day for Thursday but I'm cropping my face because let's be honest no one wants to see my mirror face selfie.
I wrote this before my mac freaked the f out and wouldn't let me crop (idek why I censored my language)
I kinda loved my outfit and everything is new look apart from the Primark top and m&s tights
So we went to Bath but this time we didn't actually go in to the baths because I'd been before when I was younger and it was expensive. We went past this Christmas shop but thankfully no one was actually in there, I'm all for loving Christmas but wait until after Halloween first! Here is a cathedral which I took a picture of because this guy was blowing bubbles everywhere, a prize for spotting the bubbles the fastest..jk you don't win anything but pride (wow I know I'm sorry I'm a let down)
Friday was a more chilled out day because the weather was a bitch to us so we couldn't do anything apart from go to a supermarket (I know talk about living the life)
On Saturday my uncle made me his famous poached eggs with ham on toast
Seriously it's the best combo!
Also grilled tomatoes taste amazing but omg how good does this look!
Then we went to a cute farm shop where I got raspberries so I was happy. Sunday was much more busy as we met up with my older cousin in a place called Clevedon Court. Here's a collection of pretty pictures I took:
Honestly I took this picture (to the left) as it bugged me in the one above that I couldn't fit the whole palm tree in, yep that's the kind of person I am..
I took this picture (obviously to the right this time) because there was a blue butterfly in the top left, pls say you can see it?!
I just thought the window below looked pretty
To interrupt my sequence of pictures..
how creepy are these dolls on display?!
To finish off a good day we went to a cool tapas place in Bristol called Bravas, I'd definitely recommend! We went as we had free paella vouchers, all about saving money you know! I couldn't take pictures because it was legit a candle lit dinner so I didn't wanna blind everyone with my flash, I didn't wanna be that person. Shame I can't show videos/I don't know how to if you can?! As there was a Spanish dancer that danced for us at least 3 times which was cool, made the atmosphere lively!
Monday was another good day because the weather actually stopped raining for once. This meant we could finally go play crazy/mini golf, it's such a family tradition while we're down there so I was determined not to go without playing at least once. Guys guess what, I won!! I'm so happy, I didn't get a score of 6 the whole way around and I nearly got a hole in one, just look out for me in the next Olympics yeah;) Jk it's just a bit of fun but I loved it because my mum is such a sore loser.
Here's proof I won and I beat the 60 which it said was a good score!
Also yeah this was on my snapchat story, I do love snapchat
It's such a cool course but they do need to update it as they used to have a pretty pink house but as you can see in the picture above it's just a shitty gate now.
I can't praise it enough but just little tweaks would make it way better.
How cute is this little stream though?!
I've said this before maybe even about the same buildings but they so remind me of the balamory houses. Who else used to watch Balamory when they were younger omg I used to love that show!
I've realised I haven't actually shown you Felix, here he is!
He miowed so much it was as if he was talking to you which I mean is my ultimate dream in life if animals could talk.. surely you can relate?!
Actually no just thinking about it, that would be super creepy wouldn't it..
To end on a funny note, here's a dog in the driving seat in the car next to us.
I wrote this on the way back from Bristol to Leeds after watching 2 episodes of the originals of course.
Oh and stoping off for mozzarella dippers and a Krispy Kreme!
So yeah, talk next time on the original day Sunday. Good luck with starting school, I'm done with that hahaha sucks to be you;)
Now I have uni to stress about yay, don't you love it when it sinks in that you have to live independently and you realise you're totally not a responsible adult..yep!!
So a quick summary of this week as I've already talked for ages oops: Wednesday I went out for a meal with my auntie & uncle, Thursday I stayed in with my mum's & dad's friends who have become like family to me I guess then after I went out with my mates for a night out. Oh and I think either my drink was spiked or I'm that much of a lightweight that after 3/4 of a glass of double vodka & coke I threw up twice..UGH why no but seriously I'm so confused because I've had like 3/4 glasses of that before and I've been alright (well obviously drunk but I mean totally loving life) So yeah if you're religious then please pray for me hahaha because now I'm afraid to drink again because I hate throwing up!
Anyway I better go, talk next Sunday I promise!
Byeeee
